To be selected to OVA's High Performance programs is an honor and privilege that comes with the important responsibility to proudly represent Forest City Volleyball and London, ON. Athletes have the opportunity to learn from new coaches, build friendships with competitive athletes from other clubs, and compete with and against some of the best athletes from across the province. We are proud to recognize the following athletes and coaches who were selected for the 2022 summer camps.
Team Ontario Red/ Black Indoors
The Team Ontario program is a development camp focused on introducing a larger group of athletes to a high performance training environment. Athletes will be presented with concepts relative to the university and international levels in order for them to better understand the steps they need to take in order to achieve their high performance goals. Following the Team Ontario Red training camp, athletes will participate in the Team Ontario Cup

Team Ontario Regional Program Indoors
The Team Ontario Regional Program will allow athletes from across the province to experience a high-performance style of training and instruction through an overnight training camp. The goal of the program is to expose more athletes to high performance volleyball concepts as to create a broader and more skilled group of athletes in Ontario. Select athletes will have the opportunity to compete in a multi-sport event, Ontario Summer Games

Tall Maples
The camp is tailored to athletes with above average physical attributes who show potential to contribute to the success of the Team Ontario programs in the future. The camp is focused on addressing the needs of tall athletes and integrates both indoor and beach volleyball. Coaches will work on various development aspects such as motor skills, agility, coordination and obviously, volleyball skills.
