FCVC Camps: Keep Your Skills Sharp in the Off-Season!
Off-season is a time to explore new sports and challenges but also an opportunity for more volleyball skill-development by participating in FCVC Camps.
New coaches, new drills, new partners to scrimmage with - these are all advantages available to athletes who supplement their club and high-school volleyball training by participating in fun and challenging camps.
2026 Multi-Day Camps
FCVC Academy is a multi-day camp that combines skills, drills, and competitive play. This program will be run by lead coach Melissa Sewell, experienced FCVC competitive team coaches and senior FCVC athletes and is designed for non-competitive athletes between the ages of 9-15. The goal of the camp is to help improve individual and team skills and prepare them for school and club tryouts. This is a high energy program that puts fun first and skill development a close second.

FCVC Senior Elite Skills - Camp offers skill development and game play for club level players aged 15 to 18 who want to focus on the details of their game. Each day will include individual skill instruction, group drills, gameplay and skill competitions. NOTE: Athletes must be in grades 9-12 as of September 2026 or entering grade 8 and recommended by a club coach.

FCVC Junior Elite Camp - our camp is designed specifically for athletes 9-14 years of age who have come club or developmental experience and want to take their volleyball skills to the next level. This program will be run by lead coach Melissa Sewell, experienced FCVC competitive team coaches and senior FCVC athletes. The goal of the camp is to help improve individual and team skills and prepare them for school and club tryouts. This is a high energy program that puts fun first and skill development a close second. NOTE: This program is for club athletes starting grade 8 in September or younger.

2026 Single-Day Camps
FCVC First Contact Camp is designed for athletes wishing to focus on serve receive, defense and serving skills. Participants will work on ball control, including serve receive techniques, receiving topspin/float serves, hand passing, and more. Defensive drills will include movement, reading hitters, digging, overhand digging, and controlling the hard-hit ball. Lastly, serving will be covered in detail and include focus on efficient toss, ball contact, ball speed and accuracy. NOTE: This camp is for athletes ages 13 - 18 years of age.

FCVC Setters Camp participants will work on improving individual setter skills and developing advanced setting skills, if the individual is ready. Techniques will focus on maximum efficiency and accuracy. NOTE: Athletes must be in grades 9-12 as of September 2026 or entering grade 8 and recommended by a club coach.

FCVC Setter-Hitter-Libero Camp will consist of position specific technical & tactical training for setters, attackers & Libero’s. Morning sessions will be grouped and trained based on positions (Setter, Middle attackers, Pin attackers, Libero’s) as well as skill level. The level of training will be tailored to the camper’s experience & ability. Afternoon sessions will consist of combined position groups for transition and small unit training. This camp is more focused towards individual growth in the position that the camper elects to train. NOTE: Athletes must be in grades 9-12 as of September 2026 or entering grade 8 and recommended by a club coach.
